Responsibilities :
• Coordinate between transportation providers toproperty schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatchers and drivers regardingdelays, issues and delays and provide immediate update to avoidunnecessarily waiting time.
• Coordinating and planning with the internalwarehouse team on the warehouse storage before and during thedeliveries.
• Responsible for allthe outgoing deliveries reports, ensuring that vehicles deliveringto sites have the correct paperwork.

Requirements :
• Knowledge in SQL system ispreferable
• Ability to work independentlyand as part of team.
• Excellent computerskills, such as Microsoft office.
• Goodcommand in verbal & written English, Mandarin &Malay
