We’re looking for an architect who can work with us on a couple of projects. As project-based architect, you’ll be working remotely but periodic site visits and meet ups should be expected. You will also be expected to manage and deliver high quality project/s on time within the budget as well as work on any and all phases of the project development, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Documents, and Construction Supervision.

Responsibilities
• Plan, design, and manage the project together with the lead architect
• Manage and coordinate implementation of all technical plans within quality and specification
• Prepare and present project status/report and accomplishments

Qualifications
• Licensed Architect
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Required skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office
• Proficient in design and working drawings
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
