Description

1) Report and submit report defect / Non-conformance of product and raw materials.
2) Ensure product meet company and authority standard and ruling.
3) Conduct laboratory test to ensure quality of product.
4) Monitor out-going product and in- coming materials and report any defects and non conformances.
5) Ensure and monitor good hygiene and cleaning of product and working station.
6) Ensure all employee / operators to follow GMP and HACCP, Halal standard.
7) Conduct internal audit.
