DUR002126 – HSSE MANAGER (OPERATIONAL) - LIMPOPO

Purpose of the job:
To manage the HSSE Assurance and Compliance needs for the client’s plant in a cohesive, efficient manner withing cost, quality, safety and as per prescribed legislation.

Required Qualifications
• Grade 12
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or related studies.
• Management Development Programme (MDP)(Advantageous)
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role in the mining industry.

Technical Competencies and responsibilities
• In-depth knowledge of relevant mine and health safety legislation.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO Standards implementation, Matrix, and requirements.
• Experience in best incident investigation techniques.
• Contract Management
• Quality Management
• Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Adherence

Behavioural Competencies:
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent leadership capabilities
• Organized and timeline driven
• Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
