Toprovide high quality nursing services including Chronic Disease Management (suchas: Asthma, COPD, Diabetes), Learning Disabilities reviews, Long Term Conditionreviews, NHS Health Checks, ECGs, blood pressures, bloods, foot checks, urineanalysis, spirometry, ear syringing, cervical cytology, wound care and minorinjuries management, general health and lifestyle advice, travel vaccinations, Baby,infant and adult immunisations.Tobe actively involved in health promotion to the Practice population incollaboration with the Primary Health Care Team, meeting the needs of thepatients and supporting the delivery of the Practice Policies &Procedures.
