The Position

Commercial Contracts Specialist

CCS Media are looking for a paralegal or lawyer who can support the legal function within our organisation, improving response times and turn-around of commercial agreements and other documents. The candidate should have experience or knowledge of/in a commercial background dealing with customer and supplier agreements. This role is primarily supporting the processing of commercial agreements. Drafting of organisational documents will be part of the role.

The successful candidate will report to the HR and Legal Director, whilst working closely with the CEO and CFO. Developed communication skills are required to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders throughout the business. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate working with stakeholders of various competencies. The role may include direct interaction with customer, supplier and/or partner legal representatives.
