The Vacancy

We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join the Income Team to ensure the effective collection of rental income due.

Key responsibilities include:
• Responsibility for posting all the rent and benefit payments to individual rent accounts on C365.
• Creating sub accounts for recharges and sending invoices to tenants.
• Transferring balances between sub accounts and manual adjustments to accounts for refunds, salary payments and account credits.
• Provide administrative support for the Income Team. Tasks would include but are not limited to:
• Processing incoming and outgoing post
• Uploading documents
• Process housing benefit notifications and rent confirmations

• Experience of working within an Income Recovery team or similar customer focused environment.
