At National Highways, our Operations Directorate are looking for a Business Services Team Leader to join the South East Business Services Team in Operations. The role will involve overseeing and contributing to the development and delivery of directorate administrative business support and governance activities ensuring the time, quality and value added.

Administration business support covers a range of activities, including correspondence management, dealing with stakeholder queries, legally valid traffic restriction orders, financial and commercial support, workforce planning, and resource support, fleet and equipment related administration.
This role will be based from our Maidstone or Guildford office.
Act as a Line Manager to administrative staff, completing appraisals throughout the year and as required by the annual performance review process, to effectively manage performance, development, and absence.
