Excellent opportunity for a Site Manger. Leading Developer in Kent. Site Based near Maidstone. £65 - £70k plus package.

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager with residential experience to run a new build phase of timber frame houses and apartments on a large on going project in central Kent.

The Project

A multi phase development of Timber frame and traditional houses and apartments. Semi detached, detached and town houses & 1 and 2 bedroom apartments including units for private sale and shared ownership.
