We're currently on the lookout for an experienced practitioner who's looking to take the next steps in their career, to join an outstanding rated council in the South East of England, as a Senior Practitioner in the Safeguarding team.

This council operate using the CAST model, meaning a mixture of long term CIN / CP cases, with short-term assessment work, keeping your workload fresh and varied.

Leaders in Care are offering £45/h for this role, depending on experience.

This council offer a flexible workinng schedule, with working from home very much encouraged. You will also be joining a close-knit team, who have created a great working atmosphere and are always there for one and other to provide extra support, along with the management team, who have been with the service for years.
