Job description
• Plan, coordinate, and control sales activities.
• Analyze sales trends and identify customer buying patterns.
• Liaise with tour guides and tour group operators to build cohesive and reciprocal working relationships.
• Provide management with comparative retail pricing of similar brands at other locations as additional negotiation tools and pricing strategies.
• Maintain adequate stock control.
• Report any sales problems or marketing feedback to the Outlet Manager.
• Provide monthly sales analysis and reports.

Requirement
• Diploma in Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Operations within the retail industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, or other retail-related systems.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
