Description

Responsibilities:

1. Involve all site works and various matters, including but not limited to the following:
2. Assist in ensuring that projects are executed in compliance with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
3. Supervise the Contractor’s work and provide updates on all violation of contractual terms related to architectural aspects.
4. Monitor and verify that the work is completed in compliance with contracts, approved drawings and specifications.
5. Coordinate and liaise with contractors, consultants, the project site team, and other relevant parties on matters related to architectural and interior design details, materials and workmanship, builders’ work specification and requirements, statutory compliance, contract requirements and issue related to site progress.
