Purpose Of The Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Biomedical Field Service Engineer to manage the repair, preventative maintenance, and asset management of medical devices across various healthcare locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on medical equipment as per manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Conduct repairs on medical equipment following manufacturer’s instructions.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks to close repairs and PMs, coordinating with the customer administration team.
• Travel to various sites to execute corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safe working practices within the healthcare environment.
• Exceed contract KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring the health and safety of colleagues, customers, and the public.
