Description

Requirements:
1) Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2) Familiar with invoicing & payroll
3) Required skill(s): UBS Accounting, MS Office – will be an added advantage
4) Computer literate.
5) Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
6) Preferrable female only.

Key of Responsibilities:
• Supply administrative support to accountants by performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:
1) To assist on daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.
2) Collect the timesheet based on the project assigned.
3) Assist & support team regarding on the payroll and invoicing
4) Assist on preparation of payment vouchers and cheques.
5) Provide administration support.
6) Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.
