The role of a Customer Service Advisor is a key office-based support role, with a strong administrative bias, responsible for providing assistance across the depot, which will involve:
• Receipt and processing of customer orders, as well as documenting all relevant information and undertaking general administration duties
• Regular customer communication in relation to delivery lead times and other information requested, whilst also effectively handling and processing day to day enquiries
• Liaising with our sales team to help maximize potential sales opportunities, whilst also logging and processing any Customer Complaints, including assisting in investigations

Your skills & experience:
• A confident and professional telephone manner, along with a strong customer focus and experience of dealing with customer complaints.
