Resettle (Intensive Intervention & Risk Management Service) is seeking an Sociotherapist who is enthusiastic, organised, focused and compassionate to join this dynamic and innovative service. The service is part of the Offender Personality Disorder Pathway and works with individuals on prison licence to improve their psychological wellbeing and manage and reduce their risk. The service is jointly commissioned by NHS England and Her Majesties Prison and Probation Service and multi-agency working is pivotal to our model.

The team are highly motivated, supportive and responsive with a focus upon service user involvement. There is a commitment to continuous professional development and opportunities are available for enhancing career progression. The role will involve providing individual and group interventions, assessments within prisons, contributing to the delivery of the Sociotherapy model, and involvement in service development.
