Balfour Beatty have an exciting new opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our Power T&D Business based in Derby

What you'll be doing

Commercial Administration
• Understanding of basic ordering of information and data checks
• Gather data on current construction costs under supervision
• Record progress on site and help prepare and maintain records
• Use the company’s ERP System and embraces LEAN/digital opportunities.
• Provide support to the commercial activities within the PT&D business. This will include administering the payment of subcontractors, customer invoicing and maintaining the supporting documentation underpinning these activities.
• Address invoice and payment queries
• Provision of support to Quantity Surveyors
• Assist with Adobe Sign requisitions.
• Administer the travel and hotel bookings for commercial staff.
