Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Site Management Agent on behalf of a leading infrastructure company.

Job purpose:

We are seeking a Site Management Agent to undertake the management of a team of Sub Agents working on a large-scale construction project.

Responsibilities:
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Provide support and management to Sub Agents
• Assisting where needed in planning for site works and program scheduling
• Sharing construction knowledge with various teams to ensure works are completed efficiently
• Overseeing permits and certifications to ensure that all contractors are compliant on site
• Planning works within a 3-4 month window and ensuring all Sub Agents have the resources required for completion
