Bookkeeper/Administrator
• Part-time Wednesday and Friday 8.30am to 4pm
• Wimborne location, BH21
• Free parking on site
• Pay rate £17.00 per hour
• Role to start ASAP until September 2024

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Administrator for our clients.
• Working in a Small office
• Using Sage 50
• Answering calls and emails
• Posting invoices
• Posting purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices
• Running payroll (only 5 staff so takes 10 minutes)
• Weekly Cash flow
• Monthly BACS
• Recording payments
• Reconciliations
• VAT fuel charges
• Quarterly VAT returns More Detail
