To support our expansion and the continued growth of JDR, we have an exciting opening for a Resourcing Specialist on a full time, permanent basis.

The Resourcing Specialist will complement our established resourcing team as part of the wider HR function. The Resourcing Specialist will play a pivotal role in helping us to resource for our multiple roles globally.

Working from our Hartlepool facility on a hybrid basis, you will work with the team to understand our current recruitment processes and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across all of our current UK sites as well as in the US.

As Resourcing Specialist, you will deliver an effective, timely and professional resourcing service to hiring managers across all areas of JDR. Working in partnership, you will ensure that both your internal customers and all candidates receive a positive experience.
