Due to a department re-structure and to support the continuing growth of JDR, we have an exciting new position of a Senior Buyer which has opened up within our Supply Chain team.

The role of Senior Buyer is to purchase goods, management of materials and services to ensure that the Company operational needs are fulfilled, taking into account price, quality, legal implications, HSE and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply and the continuous running of all facilities.

Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager, the main responsibilities of the role will include:
• Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified costand quality. Working collaboratively with the Lead Negotiator in the renegotiating terms and conditions in line with the business requirements.
• Ensure thecontinuous supply ofservices and indirect provisions, communicating anysupply issues which may pose a risk or impact to the business.
