An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist at our Hartlepool Facility based at Victoria Dock. The post holder will be the first point of contact in welcoming visitors and dealing with all enquiries to the Company either in person or by telephone.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, and with a dotted line to the Executive Assistant to the Board, the main responsibilities of the role are:
• Operating and directing telephone calls efficiently and effectively maintaining the highest levels of customer care, whilst also ensuring the Executive Assistant is in copy for anything relevant to the Executive Team or Board Members.
• Maintaining and updating Company contact lists and ensuring all visitors arrivals/ departures are recorded to the highest standard to comply with PD Port and JDR induction procedures.
