Posting #: 2024-82 Title: Environmental Services Specialist(Time Duration) Department: Engineering Duties: The incumbent will be responsible for providing assistance to the Manager of Environmental Services for the efficient operation of the landfill site. Work relation to the landfill operation shall include, but not necessarily be restricted to the following duties; day to day liaison with the contractor(s) operating at the landfill including weigh scales, providing the contractor with instructions on the location of daily and weekly cover operations; making recommendations on improving work methods; assisting with the administration of the landfill contract and the monitoring of adherence to the requirements of the contract.
