We’re looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated and passionate candidates for the following position:

Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for staff payroll calculation to ensure timely processing of accurate payroll
• Monitoring leave, overtime and attendance management
• Handling and ensuring daily administrative functions are executed on a timely basis.
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, including mail and email, and directing them to the designated departments.
• Processing, typing, editing and formatting reports, documents, correspondence letters, memos and emails
• Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings and events.
• Liaising with government agencies.
• Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of office premises.
• Managing office assets and resources.
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
• Assisting in any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
