JOB OBJECTIVE

To manage MTDC Technology Centre through efficient tenancy administration, collection of payments, client services and stakeholders engagement activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develops, implements and monitors MTDC Technology Centre business plan execution and monitor of budget utilisation within the allocation.
2. Executes department plan in achieving the target performance, direct reports and ensures their attainment.
3. Multitasking and have business acumen on monetisation of asset.
4. Drive promotional and marketing activities inclusive of digital marketing to attract potential tenants and partners.
5. Plan, develops and execute an event/programme through activities that can leverage the stakeholder engagement.
6. Ensures the readiness of premises/space by coordinating with maintenance and technical support unit on necessary rectification work before tenant admission.
