IT Support Officer

Position Responsibilities
• Assist with onboarding process in terms of laptop preparation, setting up email, and activating access card
• Monitor, analyse, and troubleshoot IT systems
• Support and perform desktop-level of troubleshoot via remotely, telephone, and email
• Manage documentation of warranty claims and licensed software and domains
• Ensure the day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure, network system, and office administration runs smoothly
• Provide technical support to outlets such as installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system, network, printer, door access, scanner, and CCTV
• Liaise with IT related office equipment suppliers such as hardware, software, and system
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Provide support, guidance and training to all users
• Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
