Communications Officer (Kloof, KZN) - 6 Months Contract

Purpose of the job:
To professionally represent the brand and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and consumers, both locally and globally .

Required Qualifications:
• Matric
• Bachelor's degree in a related field - advantageous.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a public relations or corporate communications role.

Technical Competencies and responsibilities:
• Proficiency in FreshDesk or similar software
• Extensive experience in copy writing (not ChatGPT)
• Handle influence management
• Create and schedule social media posts
• Manage Mailchimp account and create monthly newsletters
• Manage customer careline
• Oversee community management efforts
