Cluster Director of Revenue

We are looking for an individual who is able to manage rooms and function space inventory and makes pricing and positioning recommendations following competitor analysis and market condition for all markets and segments.

What You Will Do
• Ensure that the hotel sales strategies are effectively implemented in the reservation system and the inventory system.
• Monitors transient and group inventory daily to ensure straight-line availability and maximization of revenue potential from all markets and segments.
• Ensures that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented and modified as market conditions vary.
• Establish proper analysis and reporting tools to produce effective forecasting systems to determine, implement and control selling strategies.
• Ensures to follow the set goals as per the yearly Sales & Marketing Plan strategies.
