Job Duties:
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Performing data entry and update records.
• Supporting the management in daily administrative tasks.
• Calling employees
Required:
• Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
• Normal office environment
• Full-Time hours
