RINA is currently recruiting for a Proposal Lead to join its office in Leatherhead within the RINA Consulting UK Commercial Division.

Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Proposal Lead to manage and coordinate strategic bids for our Energy business unit. The position will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions, and supporting business development efforts to secure new strategic business and achieve growth targets.

Position could be Hybrid or Remote.

Key Accountabilities

Opportunity Management: Track and manage opportunities, closely liaising with business development and internal stakeholders.

Coordination: Organise meetings, coordinate all bid review gateways (e.g. Bid / No Bid, Price Review, QA reviews), and gather proposal-related inputs from various departments.
