BIN CLEANER DRIVER

ABOUT US:
• Small, family owned and operated company
• 20 years in business this year
• Staff of 6 cleaners
• Based in Kings Ash, Buckinghamshire HP16 9, so must be willing to commute to/from there

SALARY & BENEFITS:
• Predominantly 4 day working weeks, with a 5 day working week averagely each month
• Starting salary of £25,000 per annum pro rata
• Opportunity to earn an extra £100 attendance bonus each month
• Performance bonus of £1.00 per bin after 80 bins cleaned per day
• 2 annual performance reviews with potential bonus
• Commission paid for new customer sign ups
