Purpose

The solution architect transforms functional and non-functional requirements into design to reach the simple, efficient and maintainable solution that best addresses customers’ requirements and optimize IDEMIA business value.

Key missions
• Gathers business and functional requirements from external/internal customers, and translate requirements into technical specifications that are robust, scalable and supportable.
• Promotes standard solutions and aims for simplicity.
• Defines the functional and technical architecture of the system to meet the criteria of performance, budget, quality and risks induced by the customer requirements and contextual constraints of the system operation.
• Performs architecture feasibility analysis (including performance, fault and risk analysis) and makes recommendations on solutions architecture options.
• Serves as technical lead throughout the full solution development lifecycle, end-to-end.
