We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our caring and supportive team at Russell Hill.

At Russell Hill, we are an epilepsy specialist care provider with experience in supporting people with other complex needs. We are set in a spacious, well-equipped and modern home with 9 bedrooms. What You'll Be Working

42 hours per week on a rota basis

What You'll Be Doing
• Provide direct care and support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Assist the nursing team with the assessment of individual’s needs, planning, delivery and evaluation of care
• Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achievement of their planned outcomes
• Undertake clinical work-related tasks as delegated by senior nursing staff, following appropriate training and assessment of competency
