As a Qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will apply your in-depth knowledge and early year’s experience to deliver all aspects of our service, including planning and facilitating purposeful learning opportunities, meeting each child’s individual needs through close monitoring and observations and ensuring our high standards are maintained in all areas of your nursery setting. Alongside this, you will effectively collaborate and support the Senior Early Years Educators whilst being a role model to those Educators training towards their qualification.

You will also have the opportunity to be responsible for a Designated Role such as SENDCO and access a pathway of continuous professional and personal development to support your career goals and progression with Cherubs Nurseries.
