Duties And Responsibilities
• Check and Analyze incoming instruments for defects.
• Maintain inward and outward records of the defective instruments and check if instruments is under warranty or not.
• Give assistance in generating quotes as needed.
• Cleaning , sterilization and then carry out repairs of the incoming instruments.
• Send details for billing , for units are out of warranty
• Send repaired units for packing and outward details to concerned team for tracking.
