Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant HRAD Manager role located in Cabuyao. The Assistant HRAD Manager will be responsible for assisting with various human resources and administration tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. The Assistant HRAD Manager will work closely with the HRAD Manager to support the overall HR and administrative functions of the company.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR and administration roles, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems
