• Schedule timely execution of planned and corrective maintenance on facilities and utilities.
• Assign tags to maintenance technicians.
• Generate Purchase Request
• Lead store room operation & ensure that spare parts are available during maintenance works
• Monitors and generate report on spare parts receiving & withdrawal.
• Monitors completion rate of planned & corrective tags.
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Drives improvement by promoting and supporting TPM in the plant.
• Adhere to safety rules, regulations and programs so that a safe environment is maintained.
• Follow company EHS, GMP, & HACCP policies.
• Reports to Engineering Supervisors

Minimum Qualifications
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes
• Proficiency in using maintenance planning and scheduling software
