Objective:

Support the St-Constant plant in the administrative tasks of the plant and the site by bringing rigor and organization to the activities of the various departments. Carry out routine accounting tasks, various data entry and analysis, manage the hourly payroll and employee files, and carry out and follow up on the purchasing and supply process.

Responsibilities:

Safety:
• Make health and safety a daily priority. Promotes and provides leadership in health and safety.
• Responsible for performing all health and safety related duties contained in his/her job.

Finance:
• Performs accounts payable duties as required.
• Act as a credit card agent.
• Create purchase orders, PO tracking and process invoices/cash receipts.
• Verify that merchandise or services match orders.
• Prepare various monthly reports (month-end documents such as budgetary provision and journal entry, etc.).
