Pre-Contract Oversee the entire tendering process from initiation to approval, ensuring adherence to management guidelines. Manage tender award processes in alignment with Management approvals. Ensure the efficiency of tendering and procurement processes to meet organizational objectives and financial targets. Understand and collate project & technical information. Ensure missing or ambiguous information is being reviewed and resolved to ensure tender completeness. Prepare Procurement Strategy and Tender Events Schedule. Preparation of Project Execution Plan, contractual/commercial/financial matters. Manage Pre-Qualification exercise; review, summarise and score Pre-Qualification returns; review Pre-Qualification Report.
