Position description: Talent Acquisition Lead

Primary Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates of Leadership roles.
• Develop job descriptions & job specifications in consultation with the hiring managers.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms.
• Evaluating applications & screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre- interview assessments.
• Compiling interview questions and conducting in- person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates & past applicants.
