At Connect it we’re fully focused on delivering an exceptional multi utility service for our customers. To build on our success we’re looking to expand our Commercial Team by recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting all the aspects of contract management, ensuring contract requirements are compliant with standards and to maximise delivery.

Key Skills and duties:
• Oversee the commercial aspects and processes involved with keeping supplier information relevant and up to date.
• Manage contracts across the business (NEC, JCT, Bespoke).
• Be client facing and engage with customers to ensure effective project delivery.
• Administer and manage ongoing contracts on live schemes.
• Help prepare activity schedules and assist with tender processes for new contracts.
• To assist with mentoring and providing guidance to other members in the team.
