Element has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our Wimborne facility. For this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling requests for quotes from our customers; following up on quotations, targeting new prospects, and expanding business with dormant and existing customers. Responsibilities
• Qualify opportunities from the inbound team / specialists
• Develop and target new business prospects
• Expand business with dormant and existing accounts
• Follow up in a timely manner on quotations
• Proactively engage with customers using phone, email and TEAMS
• Identify current and future customer service requirements
• Manage relationships and utilise technical support
