Scope:

As a part of the engineering team, the Process Improvement Engineer will play a critical role in offering technical support to production with the aim of optimising manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be to identify, analyse, and improve the efficiency of our automated assembly processes and the goal is to ensure compliance with quality standards, boost productivity, and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead process improvement projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, monitoring and reporting project progress, KPI's monthly.
• Generate robust validation rationales and documentation that support process improvement projects throughout the validation lifecycle (Change controls, validation plans, protocols and reports)
