The Administrator will play a crucial role in providing administrative and finance support across the firm. Responsibilities will span various administrative, financial, and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to gain exposure to all elements of an administrative role, within a dynamic and friendly environment. For the right candidate there is opportunity to progress within the support team.

Job Responsibilities:

· Entering client information into the IT systems ensuring consistency and accuracy.

· Opening and closing client files.

· Assist with answering inbound calls and directing accordingly.

· Liaising with clients to verify identification.

· Supporting the senior team with tasks as required

· Supporting the Practice Manager and the Legal Cashier as required.
