We have a great opportunity to join our team here at The Cornwall Bakery in Callington, you will be responsible to execute the site Quality Management System audits according to the risk assessed schedule. You will need to be hands on" focus on compliance within a specific bakery, working with the teams to identify non-compliance and full engagement and support to ensure company processes. Work with the bakeries to ensure compliance with relevant customer standards and codes of practice. Conduct physical factory audits (outside of the QSM audits) to drive continuous improvement in sites' capabilities for food safety, quality, packaging, environmental and sustainable requirements.
