Bespak are seeking a HR Advisor to join our Human Resources Team at our Holmes Chapel site in Cheshire (CW4 8BE). This role is a 12 month fixed-term role to cover a period of maternity leave and offers a competitive salary between £28,000 and £33,000 per year dependent on experience and includes fantastic benefits such as a discretionary annual bonus, 25 days leave plus bank holidays and a holiday buy / sell scheme, 10% company pension contribution, onsite parking and medical + dental insurance.

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing a professional first line Human Resources Advisory and support service to our managers and employees. Working closely with and supporting the wider HR Team in the application of contemporary HR practices spanning the employee life cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong HR Administrator who is looking to incorporate first line HR Advisory support into their role or a HR Advisor seeking a new role.
