Bespak is seeking an HR Administrator to join our Human Resources Team at our Holmes Chapel site in Cheshire on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. This position will be working on a day’s pattern and offers a competitive salary between £25,000 and £28,000 per year dependant on skills and experience. Our generous benefits include a discretionary annual bonus, 25 days leave plus bank holidays and a holiday buy/sell scheme, 10% company pension contribution, medical + dental insurance, a hybrid working policy and enhanced maternity and family-friendly policies.

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing effective, confidential administrative support to the Head of HR and the HR Business Partner. You would lead on all administrative aspects of employee lifecycle processes and HR activities.
