Responsibilities
• Coordinate internal and external audit programs.
• Maintain the Quality, Environmental & Management Systems.
• Create, review, and edit documents.
• Create and circulate reports.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with all levels throughout the organization.
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
• A certificate, degree, or designation in business, social sciences, environmental, or forestry, and/or experience.
• Audit experience—preparing and executing full audit cycle activities (or willingness to train) would be an asset.
• Experience with project coordination activities.
• Administrative skills—ability to plan and manage activities and tasks, attention to detail, retain records and files, create, review, and edit documents.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and basic computer programs or database system.
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
