Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to exercise supervisory and managerial authorities over a Child Development Center program by planning, organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day operations. The early childhood education program is designed to promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Provides oversight of a variety of developmental services through center-based programs of full day care, hourly care and special needs care.

Duties:
• Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of a Child Development Center, ensuring the programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
• Develops, administers and evaluates an ongoing program of individual and group developmental and educational activities for staff implementation and execution.
