Job Description:

-Responsible for initiating contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads,promote the company's services,and identify sales opportunities.

-Do field phone cold calling to generate lead,and set face to face or virtual meeting with potential customer.

-Handling new customer acquisition

-To understand the foreign workers recruitment and quotation preparation

-Any other relevant ad-hoc tasks assign from management.

Job requirement

Degree / Diploma in HR Management / Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years and above of working experience as HR Recruiter

Have basic knowledge in HR and Malaysia labour law.
